 Made two builds of 2.2.37-2, one Linux, one Windows.
 They can be found in:
 https://people.torproject.org/~shondoit/builds/

 So, if anyone's interested in doing a bindiff between these and the
 official builds...
 Might be a good start to get a feel for what we're up against.
