Comment:

 Not having Tor im bundle is bad. No progress...

 Who cares about IRC in Pidgin? You just want it for completeness to follow
 some admirable policy at the price of not having ANY progress?

 Given the activity on this ticket and people I ever saw on IRC with
 Pidgin... Very very few. Pidgin is ok to ask a question and be gone but
 not a serious IRC client.

 Just remove the IRC plugin and aim for a release. If people really miss it
 and can't make friends with the many better IRC client alternatives you
 can reopen this one.
