 Writing a proposal for a control-port change (the ticket says it's about a
 change to ‘the proxy’, not the control port, but there is no way in hell
 you're getting information about Tor's configuration exposed through the
 proxy ports) this tiny would be ridiculous.  Just post tor and torspec Git
 branches on the ticket.

 The hard part of this change will be designing the interface within Tor --
 the relevant data structures and type definitions currently live in
 `src/or/rendservice.c`, and are not accessible elsewhere.
