 It is!  AFAICS, there's no specific sponsor deliverable for running more
 scans, but there are deliverables which depend on good bridge reachability
 information once we have it (sponsor F, year 2, items 15 and 17).  For the
 moment we could do it for sponsor Z or without assigning it to a sponsor.
 And of course, if we have a better answer to item 10 (which this ticket
 was about), we can write a better summary there, even though we already
 consider it done.  So, yes, please open a new ticket for this discussion.
