 chiiph would prefer to have an option to add a miniature bandwidth graph
 in the system tray.

 Once multiple streams are opened, Tor keeps a few streams open even when
 there is no traffic. Also, the user might get confused as to what the
 number actually indicates(speed, number of applications using Tor?).
