 Drugoy, thanks for the reply.

 3+ weeks without any activity, is a long time. At Mozilla they decided not
 to blocklist the extension since we were thinking someone was working to
 fix it. I guess we will rethink about that, and blocklist HTTPS-Everywhere
 while this is not fixed. I will ask for that.
