 After not using Tor in a while, I decided to load it up again. However, it
 would not connect for some reason. I uninstalled it and downloaded the new
 Vidalia bundle. However, I am still getting the same error.

 This is what it says in the log:

 I've turned off my firewall and nothing seems like it could be blocking
 it, what's wrong?
