Comment:

 Erinn and Sebastian agreed that Sebastian is going to lead this
 deliverable.  Assigning the ticket to him.

 Now we need a schedule with substeps and dates, so that "make bundles" is
 no longer an atomic multi-day (or multi-week?) action anymore.
