 Browser IM Bundle for a long time.

 It's just a matter of testing the build that Erinn produced - I've been
 too busy to do it because it requires a copy of Windows. I'll try to get a
 Windows VM up and test the basic DNS leaking issues with xmpp in the next
 week.

 These issues are orthogonal, I think.
