 Yes, but unfortunately I don't think you'll be able to easily recreate it.

 The mailcom toolbar

 http://www.mail.com/toolbar/firefox/

 would show it if you had a mail account and logged in.

 I made the change locally in my version of https everywhere and verified
 that it did fix the problem.
