Users often ask a lot of the same questions when they email tor-assistants
and community-support. I bet we can reduce the number of support emails we
get if we send our users a short overview and walk-through of how to use
 Tor.

The user manual will be short (4 or 5 pages) and will contain useful info
on how to download Tor, how to use it, how to use a bridge, why flash
doesn't work etc. The manual will be translated into various languages,
and made available for download on torproject.org and via GetTor.

Below are some items to consider before working on this manual:

  * Need to create a list of the most common support requests sent to
 community-support and tor-assistants.
  * Need to make sure that the manual is in a format that doesn't
 complicate translations.
  * Find a nice way to translate images (one option is to have images with
numbers instead of text, and have explanations for each item in the text
 below).
  * Andrew suggested that I work with Jeremy to make this 4-5 page
brochure/manual look pretty and be able to turn into a pdf for shipping
 around the Internets.
