 In practice right the cc in https://bridges.torproject.org/cc is a
 language code, not a country code. See
 https://bridges.torproject.org/zh_CN/ for a live example.

 So is it possible there's a bug where you're expecting them to say
 https://bridges.torproject.org/cn ?
