 When setting up a Relay, the Tor website advises people if they are not
 running a webserver to change their ORPort to 443 and their DirPort to 80.
 It would be helpful to provide this as a tip on the "Basic Settings" tab
 of the "Sharing" configuration panel of Vidalia. Otherwise, new users
 could become frustrated at the Relay not working properly and abandon
 running a Relay.
