 Some parts of the HTTPS version of the site are available publicly, but
 many parts are not. The biggest issue is that it is impossible to browse
 product information without an account. Furthermore (at least AFAICT),
 public registration is not allowed; only suppliers, partners, and direct
 customers may register. Since the "Your Account" link redirects to an
 HTTPS page, it might be best to just remove the seagate.com rule.
