 In tor-browser-2.2.32-2-src.tar.gz file versions.mk does not download and
 unpack the QT and libpng source.  However parent file linux.mk assumes
 that these source directories are present and chokes when they are not
 found (see target "build-qt").

 I'm sympathetic to wanting to avoid the slow QT build ordeal, but these 2
 make files have differing assumptions, and the result is build failure.

 Either versions.mk should get the sources files needed or linux.mk should
 refrain from trying to build the missing source files.
