 Sounds like Tor crashed when it started. Perhaps the user downloaded the
 wrong architecture?

 I wonder if the Vidalia message log advanced window has any hints.

 More generally though, we need to stop putting "the user is confused and I
 don't know what the problem is either" bug reports into the Tor bundles
 component. Can we put them in the Support component, and then make an
 actual bug report out of them if it turns out we have an actual bug?
