Old description:

Comment(by mikeperry):

 To reproduce:

 1. Launch TBB
 2. Go to Tools->Addons->Extensions
 3. Disable an addon (like NoScript)
 4. Click Restart Now.
 5. After Firefox restarts, exit again normally.

 Vidalia doesn't notice the exit after the restart and continues running
 after step #5.
