Comment:

 I have looked this over and merged it into my branch. git-am did not like
 the attached file, so I had to use patch directly.

 I pushed the commit to mikeperry/javascript-cookies. I did not merge
 because I wasn't sure if we should backport this to 1.0.3 right away, or
 let it bake for a release in the 2.0 dev series first. I figure pde can
 make that call.
