 Some comments from Karsten; finding out which pool a bridge is in means
 downloading the tarball that contains the assignments. This is not
 something we'd want every bridge to do. The easiest would be to start with
 just bridge-stats for now, until we have a solution that works for /all/
 bridges (and not just the Tor Cloud).
