 Ok, I've updated the text to say relays instead of servers.

 should help translators for each language to come up with and document a
 common set of corresponding terms for their language.

 This is true for any language where we have more than one translator.
 Transifex has a comment field associated with each English string, so it
 is possible for translators to talk about these things.
