 Trying again.  Velope on IRC suggests that we drop the "strong" sentence
 from alphas _and_ stable series, on the theory that somebody will
 interpret its absence to mean that this one does have the "strong"
 anonymity, for some value of "strong" not currently compatible with low-
 latency anonymity networks.
