 I use "HTTPS Everywhere" everywhere, also on my NetBook. The problem is
 that the screen size on my NetBook is smaller then the window size used to
 change the settings. This renders the settings window useless, I can't see
 the buttons at the bottom for instance.

 Please make the window re-sizable, or smaller to be able to see it in full
 on a smaller display.
