 Btw, I've just tested this with qt-mac-cocoa-opensource-4.6.2.dmg and qt-
 mac-opensource-4.6.2.dmg.
 With qt-mac-opensource-4.6.2.dmg  it didn't displayed the menus, not sure
 why, tested a lot of stuff.
 With qt-mac-cocoa-opensource-4.6.2.dmg it works just fine.
