Comment:

 Reassigning this bug to the Vidalia component then, so it gets some love
 from chiiph.

 Basically, if Vidalia plans to be reading the port.conf file after
 starting Tor, should try to unlink the file before it starts Tor.

 It sounds like a bugfix rather than new feature, which should eventually
 find its way into a Vidalia 0.2.x stable release.
