 If an entity exists in the English DTD, but not in one of the
 translations, use of that translation will cause a crash (reportedly
 perhaps a browser crash?)

 Therefore, we should have a check in our build script to warn about these
 kinds of missing translations, so that commits which create new
 translatable entities will not inadvertently cause such crashes.
