 Looks like you're right. This is a value that relays report, so we should
 fix it there and it'll automatically get changed once the relay updates.

 Branch windows_8 in my repository. The branch is on maint-0.2.2 in case we
 want it there, but it can also only go to master. It isn't tested because
 I lack a windows 8, but every piece of documentation I found indicates
 that the next version of windows will have major version 6, minor version
 2 and a release name of Windows 8.
