 Between April 1 2011 and September 4 2011, we sent out 48,758 packages
 with GetTor;

 English (+ a few in Arabic, Russian, and French): 30,602
 Farsi: 12,283
 Chinese: 5,873

 So (if we were to use the Google API / Google Docs) it would make sense to
 go with English, Farsi, and Chinese. That means we would have to maintain
 three Google accounts, be sure that they all have the latest version of
 TBB, other packages, and the user manual.
