 I have spent some time reading up on using the Google API to share files
 via Google Docs, and I have also discussed this project with mikepc.

 There are two issues with using Google Docs to distribute the Tor Browser
 Bundle; it is not very blocking resistant, and we only get 1 GB of storage
 space by default. I think the best solution here is a standard xmpp bot
 that we host ourselves.
