 Hi,

 After the last uèdate to the last Tor "0.2.3.8-alpha-dev (git-
 58d1aa44023e8b45)" , i get again that message in my log and Tor exit ...
 before that version i don't has that problem .

 Libevent git version: commit f3b89dec9eac2cf4000c8dc9467abdbf27121674

 I running Kubuntu Lucid 10.02.4 LTS bufferevents enabled

 vidalia 0.31-git

 OpenSSL 1.0.0e 6 Sep 2011

 When i start Tor, the first try crash and the second time it past the
 bootstap without get the "connections refused by peer.
