Comment:

 Go ahead and upgrade to origin/master. You should blow away everything,
 with the sole exception of any customizations to the cron.sh and
 run_scan.sh script you may have made. The new config defaults are set for
 the memory sqlite db.

 phobos: please do not upgrade to origin/master. I want to keep one bw auth
 running the old code to compare against for a couple more weeks, and you
 are the last one left.
