 My feature2553-v3 branch works correctly (when compiled with
 `CFLAGS='-DENABLE_TOR2WEB_MODE=1'`).  Sebastian's feature2553-v4 branch
 doesn't work.

 I currently suspect that the stream-isolation code added to 0.2.3.x-alpha
 is causing Tor to start multiple rend circs at the same time (and possibly
 multiple intro circs, too); this might not break HS client functionality
 in non-tor2web-mode Tors because those have a higher variance in circuit
 build times.
