 Clay Graham suggested that we update the text on the "Get Started!" page
 with something like this:

 ''please click on one of the below regions to choose which amazon region
 you would like to run your tor instance in, a pre configured AMI will be
 selected, and you will be directed to begin the process of launching your
 instance from the AWS console''
