Comment:

 I'm never going to get this done in time. Unassigning from me. Basically,
 it involves finding some software that can pull in rss feeds from all over
 the place, someone to curate the feeds so that every Norwegian with the
 name of Tor doesn't show up in it, and have it auto-publish hourly.
