 It may also be worth noting that deb-master DOES respond on the rsync port
 of 873.

 I can only assume that somebody is still maintaining the master and made
 the decision to remove the centos4 directory.

 Presumably someone has access to "byblos.torproject.org" to restore the
 centos4 directory to the master and fix this.
