 I know it's probably too late for this, but it might also be worth calling
 it "tor bridge-cloud" or something, because the name "tor cloud" on its
 own suggests that you're encouraging people to run relays and exit nodes
 on virtualized service providers. :(

 At the very least, the title of https://cloud.torproject.org/ could be
 "Tor bridges in the Amazon cloud" instead of "Tor in the Amazon cloud"
