Comment:

 There was an issue with https://blog.mozilla.com/addons/2011/08/11
 /strengthening-user-control-of-add-ons/ disabling all of our addons. We
 fixed it by setting pref extensions.autoDisableScopes to 0.

 The Mozilla bug for the feature was
 https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=476430

 Since we already restrict our use of system addons by using
 extensions.enabledScopes, we don't expect the security impact to be
 significant.
