 With public email addresses comes lots of spam, and help at rt.tpo is no
 exception. Do we have a spam filter, such as SpamAssassin, on the server?
 If yes, is there anything else we can do?

 I have already created a queue called spam that we can move these tickets
 to. I'll purge that queue every now and then.
