 Hi,

 I get the same problem with the last Tor git:.  Tor v0.2.3.7-alpha (git-
 4a7225d4c97b956f) (with bufferevents).  (Running on Linux x86_64)

 The problem was happens after the winter time change in my country ( CH ).
 I suspect that the problem come from that..
