 This ticket is a test of our "Delete Ticket Changes" feature for deleted
 versions.  Here's the test:

  - Create this ticket, assign it to version "Mixminion: 0.0.4rc1."

  - Delete that version.

  - Change the version field in this ticket to something else, e.g.,
 "Mixminion: 0.0.4rc2."  This change cannot be undone by changing the
 version field back, because the deleted version is not available anymore.

  - Delete the last ticket change using our "Delete Ticket Change" feature.
 See whether the version is back at "Mixminion: 0.0.4rc1."
