 I am inside the company network and i want to use TOR. I am behind a
 firewall and a proxy. Proxy requires authorization. i have entered the
 values correctly (username\pass). The tor bundle is running but it is not
 working. it gets stuck at establishing an encrypted  directory connection:
 please see below the info from the message log.
