 This appears to be the way to disable attaching on Mac OS X:
 http://developer.apple.com/library/mac/#documentation/Darwin/Reference/ManPages/man2/ptrace.2.html

 I added that to the latest commit. I don't have a Mac OS X machine and so
 I haven't tested it.
