 I've split the patch (will attach to this bug asap) and made sure the new
 patches apply nicely to a recent Tor git. Once I've figured out how, I
 will make a clone of Tor's master on the Tails git server
 (http://git.immerda.ch/) with appropriate branching etc for this.
