 I agree that the new placement of the toggle button is inconvenient.

 The 1.3.1-alpha release notes contained this comment (see
 https://blog.torproject.org/blog/torbutton-alpha-131-released-testing):

  * new: Place button in the nav-bar (FF4 killed the status-bar)

 The remark "FF4 killed the status-bar" is not 100% accurate - FF4 has a
 new toolbar for placement at the bottom of the browser window, called the
 "Add-on Bar" - but I don't think it is displayed by default in FF4 (the
 user may need to enable it).

 Mike, please can you enable movement of the toggle button when customizing
 the toolbars, so that users can move it out of the nav-bar, and into the
 Add-on Bar or to somewhere else?
