 Now we have users thinking that bittorrenting over the Tor network is a
 friendly thing to do so long as they're using Tails. That's not really the
 full message.

 I think we should migrate the
 https://trac.torproject.org/projects/tor/wiki/TheOnionRouter/TorFAQ#HowcanIsharefilesanonymouslythroughTor
 faq entry onto the main faq, and link to that too from the download page.
 For example, by appending a "But even so, heavy file sharing ruins the Tor
 network for everyone."
