 take effect.


 Using Vidalia Bundle: vidalia-bundle-0.2.1.30-0.2.12.exe
 on WinXP SP3 Home.


 Reproduce bug:
 Start Vidalia without starting Tor on startup.
 (Make sure Tor isn't running.)
 Open Vidalia Control Panel.
 Click "Settings"
 Click "Advanced"
 Edit the filename of the torrc file in the field with an absolute path to
 the current loaded torrc file, and choose another existing torrc file.
 Press "Enter" or click "OK".

 Then check if the change took effect, which it doesn't for me.


 What I have to do is to start Tor and wait (a long time)
 for it to finish, THEN switch to another torrc file.
 (Which doesn't work and Tor stops, but when clicking on "Start Tor" in
 Vidalia Control Panel - Tor starts with the changed torrc file.)

 Switching torrc files without Tor started worked on Vidalia 0.2.10.
