 When upgrading the browser and/or the plugin, the custom rulesets are
 silently removed.

 As proof of concept for my own use, I made a custom ruleset for
 kernel.org. It got removed when I upgraded from FF-4.0.0 to FF-4.0.1
 and/or when I upgraded the HTTPS Everywhere addon to 0.9.6.
