 https://gitweb.torproject.org/sjm217/pluggable-transport.git is the
 current progress.

 I had originally thought that it just stuck http headers at the front of
 the flow, but now I think it actually puts the content in a cookie or the
 like, so the whole flow is correctly formed http. We could imagine lots of
 similar tricks.

 Steven told me he has some plans to make it better, but also that he was
 holding off on switching to C. I told him to check out obfsproxy (#2760),
 since he might be able to reuse its framework to solve his problems and
 then we wouldn't be working on two proxy frameworks in parallel.
