Comment(by arma):

 Looks like this patch doesn't conflict with #2088.

 Also, it's worth noting that for clients and hidden services on Tor
 0.2.1.x, they publish to and fetch from tor26 too, so an attacker would
 have to knock that one down too. Not really a reason to change our plan,
 but good to notice.
