 If I remember correctly, helix and I agreed on IRC that we don't really
 need .debs in GetTor, since people can use Linux TBB from GetTor to access
 any debs they like.

 The split file management still is open to question. It's not urgent and
 it's on helix' TODO list so kaner doesn't need to poke her anymore about
 it. ;-)
