 I'll look into the line-skipping bug. I thought the code should have
 handled missing lines in either .data or .extradata, but perhaps there is
 a bug with it.

 As for the timeout logging, we need to record the time that this happens
 in both data files to properly match it. Right now we don't do this at all
 in .extradata, but I can add that. Is the timestamp of the timeout in the
 .data files currently?
